If you live in a place with distinct seasons, you may be suffering from cabin fever at this point, and eager to get back outside into the warm sun and warm breezes. For some of us, sunny breezy springlike days are arriving long before the actual arrival of spring in recent years, but one thing that global warming can’t do is give us more hours of sunlike on balmy February days, so there’s still reason to celebrate the spring equinox: we’ve got longer days to come.
How do you commemorate the arrival of spring?
Some people mark Easter and/or Passover as religious or cultural markers. Perhaps springtime means hauling the bike or the barbecue or the lawn furniture out of storage to add to enjoyment of the outdoors. What do you do?
