London photo of the day: “build a wholly land”

Over Christmas, St. James’s Church, near Piccadilly Circus, hosted an enormous art display entitled “Bethlehem Unwrapped,” an eight-meter-high replica of the wall the surrounds Bethlehem and divides Palestinians and Israelis. Materials were on hand for passersby to create their own graffiti reactions to the wall.
