I’m guessing the blancmange-flavored chips are still trying to win Wimbledon…
I’m faintly surprised they didn’t swap the text sizes round: CRACKED BLACK PEPPER! (and haggis, we’re so sorry, they made us put in the haggis).
i like haggis!
Oh, so do I. But it’s a thing that many people don’t like, particularly once they know what it’s made from, so I’m surprised the manufacturers thought it worth using this flavour.
(I’m also curious to know if there was any haggis involved. Last time I checked a bag of mixed flavours, the only one not suitable for vegetarians was the cheese-and-onion.)
i never understand that… i mean, sausages, people! what do you think they’re encased in? and bratwurst, what the heck do you think is in it? scrapple? sorry, it’s just haggis without a case. i love haggis… of course with neeps and tatties, but i use it the way anyone would sausages — with eggs, pancakes… wake up to the possibilites that is haggis people!
See also black pudding, white pudding and (in Finland) red pudding…
Boudin noir.
Morcilla. Mmmmmmmm.
ah, sadly, there you lose me. i’ve had all three but do not care for the texture of any of them.
Me, too!
I like haggis too.
i am willing to try them (i mean — haggis!) but hope there isn’t too much ground cracked black pepper on them… my sensitive taste buds, you know.
Alas, they weren’t very haggis-y, and the crisps themselves weren’t that great. I won’t buy them again.
alas and alack.
