More new anti-ISIS graffiti spotted in Wood Green. (As also seen in yesterday’s photo.)

The balloon image is a separate, older work of graffiti that appeared a month or two ago; I’d photographed it, and it was in my queue of photos to post.

The Jihadists have been in the news a lot this year. Boko Haram kidnapping those girls in Nigeria, the breaking of the Rotherham scandal in England, Hamas’ war against Israel in the summer, ISIS bursting onto the scene, continuing violence between radical Muslims and Kurds(who tend to be fairly moderate) on the streets of Berlin and other European cities, high profile beheadings in England and Oklahoma, and just today the attack on the Canadian Parliament. Things seem to be accelerating and if I had to make a prediction I would say that this graffiti is just the tip of what’s coming as the 30 Years War Mideast edition continues to rage. Hopefully I’m wrong.
