Why is it, with all the bad things we happily borrow from the USA, we can’t also borrow the sense that breakfast in a restaurant is a normal thing to have? Yeah, a few places do it that aren’t fast-food chains, but it’s still unusual.

People do breakfast-in-a-restaurant in a big way where I live in Melbourne Australia – not sure why it hasn’t caught on in London.
