i thought i saw that they had removed those from the bridges — or maybe it was just one bridge.

I thought the bridge where I took this was the bridge they removed them from. So either they didn’t remove them, or these are all new.

the Ponts d’Arts was the one that the news item said they were removing *all* the locks, and had to replace the panels on the bridge.
