Given his background as a Special Forces trainer for the Army, Chris knows all the tricks of the trade. He’s been stationed in Iraq and Germany providing fitness training for military personnel since 2001, Chris has gained fame presenting for MTV and Sky’s ‘The Chris Kenna Show’. Now his latest films Academic & Brothers Unto each Other due for release this summer coupled with a leading role in BBC drama Soldier Boy and now his fitness DVD, this looks like the year that Chris’s celebrity status will go stellar.

Exercises include the 100-meter bullet dodge, the “avoid substandard wiring in the barracks showers” hop-skip-jump, and extreme celebrity-extension stretches.
