Haven’t done it yet, no time. And I don’t know how long I’ll take deciding. But I’ll be looking for way-back blues and roots jazz. Opera! Maybe there will be early music, Renaissance, holy Toledo! Stuff that Pandora has given me, people must have played it before my lifetime! Wow…
There won’t be early music. (European origin, baroque & earlier) Much of the work for that started after WWII and was from a combination of research into the instruments and looking at earliest sheet music from the composers. There’s more early music performance now than there was even 30 years ago.
But there’s definitely a lot of blues and jazz! I haven’t gone looking for the opera yet. My mother loved Jussi Bjorling.
