I agree. I particularly like how videomaker philhellenes discusses how organized religion evolved to steal our sense of wonder, how it had to do that if it were going to survive against the “mindgasms” of “scientific revelation.” I’ve often wondered how so many people can fail to see the wonder of the universe; this is a good explanation for that, if a sad one.
