Heathrow and Gatwick airports in London are closed at the moment due to heavy snow. New York hasn’t seen anything but flurries so far this season, but the American is about to get socked with “feet of snow”… though it’s in the balmy 60s in Los Angeles. It’s in the 70s in Sydney, but it is summer there…
Christmastime is typically associated with snow, but it isn’t always in the forecast in many places that celebrate the holiday.
Snow: Love it? Hate it? Wish there was more or less of it where you live?
I like snow just fine as long as I don’t have to travel anywhere at the height of it… and by travel I don’t just mean getting on plane, but just getting to the subway can be a trial if there’s more than a few inches of snow. Snow is very pretty when admired from indoors, though!
