London photo of the day: no no entry

’Scuse me. I mean, American-flavoured biscuits.

Every once in a while I am be struck by the realization that I am really in London.

Spotted on the side of a bus-stop shelter near Stockwell tube station.

Art. That is all.

Near Westminster Abbey. Used to be, anyway, I presume.

The view from Southbank, looking across the Thames from under the new rail bridge at Blackfriars station.

I would have thought that the posh village of Hampstead, in north London, would have had resources enough not to have to resort to this kind of MacGyvering.

With the Shard beyond. From the top of a double decker bus.

One last image for the holiday season before everything returns to dreary wintry darkness…
