lighting up the Empire State Building in TARDIS blue isn’t going to happen
The ESB’s lighting schedule shows that the lights will be all white on the 23rd (and surrounding days), the default lighting that isn’t commemorating anything. So it’s not like they had something more worthy to save the day for.
