Generously, this is a 15-minute short padded out to an unforgivable, patience-trying two hours, there’s so little in the way of fresh ideas or engaging characters. Kudos for making time travel boring.
Edgar Allan Poe solves mysteries! And he’s played by John Cusack. I am so there for this, and it had better not suck.
Plus: too many depressing links about the Charlie Sheen feeding frenzy…
I’m simultaneously sad, excited, and angry at this news. Is it worth spending another five hours with this series when I know it’s going to end? Why should I invest more time and emotional energy into characters who are going to leave me shortly?
Cutest monsters ever! At least that seems to be what Monsters vs. Aliens (opens in the U.S. on March 27, and in the U.K. on April 3) is promising. I’m especially thrilled because I’m seeing it in IMAX… real IMAX, not that fake stuff they’re trying to sell us these days with the phony “upgrade” … more…
