When the video of the rehearsal for this supposedly awesome opening number did not immediately show up on YouTube, I figured the whole thing was a big joke, that there never was a musical number and this was just Ferguson being his usual weird and unpredictable self. But now the video has shown up online…

The Internet has been abuzz with the news that Matt Smith will appear on CBS’s The Late Late Show, hosted by Craig Ferguson, on November 16. However, Smith is not listed as a guest for that night. Perhaps that’s merely a temporary oversight?
