A happy moon? A happy personification of Amsterdam? (Are those sailboats and a harbor at top?)

Is this an old ad? Graffiti created to look mysterious?

It kind of looks like an eye, though I’m not sure about that…

You cannot conceive of the hugeness of this bike parking lot.

At least I assume that’s what’s going on with this statue bunged onto the side of a building.
