‘Doctor Who’ thing of the day: the Doctor from lawful good to chaotic evil

The Saturnynians were offered a choice. The Doctor offered to transport the refugees to a planet for colonization. They refused.

The Daleks would eradicate /all/ life, going even as far as attempting to collapse reality.

Their actions. Their choice.  They reaped what they sowed.
