The Internet has been abuzz with the news that Matt Smith will appear on CBS’s The Late Late Show hosted by Craig Ferguson, on November 16. (The shows airs each night at 12:35am, so that’s actually early November 17.)
However, Smith is not listed as a guest for that night at the site of the service through which you can get free tickets to the show, which tapes in the Los Angeles area. Perhaps that’s merely a temporary oversight?
It makes sense, if Smith is going to be in the States for that shoot in Utah, to get him on some TV here. Ferguson seems like a good place for that, since the host is Scottish and hence will actually appreciate how enormous Doctor Who is… plus, he’s apparently a huge fan. Hopefully Smith’s appearance actually comes through.
