‘Doctor Who’ Advent calendar

The BBC’s official Doctor Who Web site is offering what they’re calling an “advent(ure) calendar” counting down the days till Christmas… and also to, of course, the debut of the latest Who Christmas episode.

Day One’s treat is a special Christmas greeting from the set by David Tennant and Kylie Minogue — who’s costarring with Tennant in the holiday special, “Voyage of the Damned.” And although Day Two’s treat is a bit of original Who fiction that has nothing to do with “Damned,” I’m hoping that as the month goes along, we’ll be getting more peeks at the upcoming Christmas episode…
