That has to be in India. I’ve been there twice and traffic is like that everywhere in the cities. The Indians in the state of Tamil Nadu have a saying that, “If you can drive in Madras, you can drive anywhere in the world.” What’s really fun is “riding” in one of those three wheeled yellow and black taxi cabs. :) It’s better than a roller coaster.
