watch it: “Steve Eves’ Saturn V Launch”

So this dude Steve Eves launched his own one-tenth-scale Saturn rocket. So totally cool.

We’re close to a real-life Astronaut Farmer soon. If and when we get back to the moon, it ain’t gonna be NASA or the Chinese or the Indians, it’s gonna be a private group. Probably financed by Bill Gates, but still.

Actually, more likely it’ll be Steve Bawmer. He’s spent a lot of money on private-enterprise lifting vehicles.
