It’s pretty much in order with the natural order of things. Every cat can make those kinda meows, especially when frustrated when they want something very badly like food or outside. Then your brain takes what appears to be a verbal sound(And a lot of ‘o’ sounds in this case) and tries to convert it to something it understands.

I think the odd clicking sound they make when watching other animals they’d like to eat is something is more interesting.
