‘Sherlock’ debuts on PBS on Sunday

Damn, I still haven’t gotten around to reviewing it yet, but if I had, you’d know more about why Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss’s Sherlock is so fantastic. Take my word for it at the moment… and trust me when I say that viewers in the U.S. shouldn’t miss its American debut on PBS’s Masterpiece Mystery this Sunday, October 24 (with more stories following on October 31 and November 7). Benedict Cumberbatch is the sexiest high-functioning sociopath ever, and Martin Freeman is a Watson to be reckoned with. Instead of telegrams and monographs it’s all texts and blogs, but the best way to get around this 21st-century Holmes’ London is still by cab.

Review soon. Promise. Really.
