Syfy’s Eureka may be on hiatus at the moment, but that doesn’t mean it can’t get into the Christmas spirit. There’s a new special holiday episode airing tonight on Syfy at 9pm Eastern called “O’ Little Town”… and it is a huge hoot. I’ve seen it, thanks to the elves at Syfy and a little DVD in my stocking, and while I’m not going to spoil anything here, I will say that it’s a brilliant little bit of meta cleverness, as Sheriff Jack tells some of the local kids a story about Santa… a story that may or may not be true. What does it take to make the genius children of Eureka go wowwww? You’ll have to tune in to see. Yes, Virigina, there is a (mad) science of Santa Claus…
