Doctor Who thing of the day: prequel to “Let’s Kill Hitler”

So I’m watching this prequel listening to Amy leaving a message for the Doctor, and all along I’m thinking: This isn’t telling me anything new or surprising. What is the point of this? And then there’s the kicker right at the end…

[spoiler coming]

[spoiler on its way]

[I’m not kidding: spoiler ahead]

The Doctor is dodging Amy’s call because, obviously, he hasn’t found Melody.

Or he has found her, and something’s really wrong with her…

Less than two weeks to wait.

“Let’s Kill Hitler” airs on BBC One and BBC America on Saturday, August 27th.
