watch it: “Pingu’s THE THING”

This was all over the Twitter last week, but in case you missed it…

Obviously this is not a riff on the recent The Thing but John Carpenter’s superior previous version.

If you’re not familiar with Pingu, it was a late 80s/early 90s European cartoon about penguins. It did not feature shapeshifting aliens, to my knowledge.
