Are the tiny people the bridge builders, and are they assembling to build a tiny bridge? Or are perhaps the tiny people worshipping the bridge builders? Or is something else entirely happening?

i don’t know who the artist was, but when [we] came back in the near dark, all the figures had been rearranged. it might have been some sort of participation art…
