Elron facepalm Hugo Weaving Lord of the Rings

As I’m sure you’ve heard, there was a new Hobbit trailer yesterday. Actually, there were five new Hobbit trailers, because now trailers with alternate endings are a thing. I hope they stay a one-off thing, but I suspect they will not. I also suspect that we haven’t seen the end of Hobbit trailers. And I’m not alone. As my pal Scott Renshaw, entertainment editor of Salt Lake City Weekly, tweeted yesterday:

I love Peter Jackson, I’m excited for The Hobbit, but this is getting ridiculous.
