Credit to @feelinglistless. I didn’t see the episode until after he tweeted at me about it. I’m not sure I would have recognized it without the hint, either.

It’s one of my phone ringtones, so I’d have recognized it right away. (I also own the Doctor Who soundtracks, so I’ve listened to it and it’s variations a number of times.)

Me three, I didn’t recognize it either. But I wasn’t really listening to the music when this bit was on, I was trying to understand what John Oliver was saying.

In case anyone was wondering, the group performing here is the Bushwackers Drum & Bugle Corps. This was actually part of their show for the 2013 season.
