So this is something that is finished? What is it? I thought it was maybe the patio/courtyard of an abandoned building. Or something. Definitely not architecture.

I suspect the Festival of Architecture would disagree. :-)

This was a temporary installation (including the yellow structure in the rear), more like a piece of art than a building meant to be used as a building.
