The lending library at the Upper Warlingham rail station in Surrey, Greater London.

(Actually, I’m not sure if it’s a “lending” library at all. It may be merely that you’re welcome to take a book if you need something to read on the train, with no expectation that you return it. I always have my Kindle, so it wasn’t an issue for me.)
