• I’ve been asked to sign an embargo form for an upcoming screening that forbids, among other things, talking about said film “in public places, such as elevators, restaurants, and restrooms, as these conversations may be overheard.” Flabbergasted.
• Text at that link below starts off with one of the most awful things I’ve read about movies lately: “Here’s a testament to The Dark Knight Rises: Even one and a half weeks later, we’re still thinking about it.” Doesn’t seem to be a joke. Is this how disposable our movies have become, that it’s surprising that less than two weeks later, it hasn’t been forgotten? How horrible!
