I get that there’s a ton of money to be made by slapping logos on all available surfaces and charging a premium for an object that would, sans logo, cost much less. But I don’t see how, in this case, the object that has gotten slapped isn’t actually less useful now:

Isn’t the TARDIS sorta in the way here? Isn’t it a distraction for the eye and an unnecessary protuberance that makes this book light more difficult to store and carry around?
Even the sales copy seems to realize there’s not a lot of value here. The first selling point is:
Clip-on book light lets you read in the dark with the Doctor
Well… no.
