I think the “popular posts” and “fun stuff” have run their course…

…so I won’t be doing them in future weekends. The stats posts in particular take too long to put together, and I need to carve out some time for other stuff.

No great loss, in my opinion. If this frees up your time, by all means drop them.

I don’t feel a need to read these lists every week, but I wouldn’t mind seeing a top ten once a year.

Well, I like the weird search terms, but I really don’t care which posts are most popular. Seems that’s more useful for you than any readers.

they were fun while they lasted, but if you’re done with them, move on to something more rewarding.

I think the search terms are great fun, but I wouldn’t mind seeing them on a monthly or “whenever” basis.

Fair enough. I enjoy the search terms, but the popularity thing doesn’t seem relevant if I’ve already read all the posts anyway.

The “Fun stuff” might be worth saving for a monthly feature. They can be amusing.

Isn’t there a WordPress widget that will handle a “popular posts” listing on the frontpage for you?
