Frozen yogurt at the laundromat? Awww. How come I can’t meet a nice supervillain like Dr. Horrible? All the good evil ones really are taken, aren’t they? Or fictional.

Best line of the episode: No, not “These are not the hammer.” The line after that.

Nathan Fillion is a funny, funny man. And he is cute, too.

I liked the second bit a lot more than the first (which was a little underwhelming) — but it wasn’t until the “These aren’t the hammer” line that I finally came around.

Here’s a crazy geek idea: I’d love to see Captain Hammer (Nathan Fillion) vs. Captain Amazing (Greg Kinnear in Mystery Men) in some sort of smarmy, egotistical superhero smackdown.
