JoshDM, since it’s not possible to tell from that link, perhaps you can enlighten us: Is this meant to be as sarcastic as your recent comment in post about the best performances by Heath Ledger?
I don’t mind sarcasm. I just want it to have a point. Please have one.
I think his point, aside from showing off a hilarious link, was that Control-Alt-Delete is a cheap ripoff of Penny Arcade, written by an arrogant hack who accuses anyone who criticizes him of being jealous of his success. And no doubt he’s being sarcastic in referring to the bizarre plotline about his wife having a miscarriage (keep in mind, this is supposedly a comedy webcomic).

As Jurgan correctly points out, the video by Zero Punctuation (on the link I provided) is commentary (without directly naming CAD as the culprit) on CAD’s terrible decision to try and add a completely unnecessary miscarriage drama into his generally “meh” quality comedy comic strip.
So, seeing you quote a CAD comic was sort of like a good kick in the nards.
If you’re into video games, the reviews by Zero Punctuation are gold.

Again, that’s not so much on topic.

Nathan’s almost a comedian. His comic timing is perfect for your proto-typical Indiana Jones/Rick O’Connell Action/Adventure hero but not so much for stern, imposing, humourless Batman.
He’s make a great Bruce Wayne but be wasted as Batman.

I think Fillion did some great stern and imposing moments in Firefly.
And I’d like to think he could reign in his funnier side to give Batman the edge he needs.
I’m pretty sure Christian Bale is a funny guy.

He’s a darn fine actor, but try as I might I just can’t imagine him as BEING Batman, or Bruce Wayne. Sure, he could act the role, but he wouldn’t do a great job, I don’t think, and I’d always be thinking “well, he’s no Christian Bale.”

I couldn’t imagine Michael “Mr Mom” Keaton being Batman – but it worked for me.
“And Morena Baccarin as Catwoman?”
And I’d vote “Hell Yeah!” on that one too.

With Chow Yun Fat as the Martian Manhunter?
Ooh, yeah. Good for me, too.
And Morena Baccarin as Catwoman?
Wow, that was almost as good as the miscarriage storyline he just finished.
