off to Cardiff today

I’m off to Cardiff today to do a bit of Doctor Who and Torchwood sightseeing. I do intend to get my picture taken at the invisible entrance to the Torchwood Hub.

Gonna try to get my review of Hamlet up tonight — I’d really like to clear my head of it before I see Love’s Labour’s Lost tomorrow…

share and enjoy

Or the Museum of Welsh Life in St. Fagans! It’s lovely and fascinating (and where they shot “Family of Blood/Human Nature.”)

Or, if you have extra time, which it sounds like you don’t: Big Pit (the coal mining museum where you tour an actual coal mine with actual miners). This has nothing to do with any RTD projects (to date) but was one of my favorite things in Wales! I kept saying to my traveling companion: they would *never* let you pick your way through a dark, rocky passageway like this in America. Sweet.

I prefer the visible Jack Harkness, myself, but to each her own!
