London cinemas

Last batch of pix from my recent visit. A walk around the Leicester Square movie district, which is like Times Square doubled. (There are two big multiplexes in Times Square in New York, but four in Leicester Square, two of which are named Odeon.)

And then there was this, the only other cinema I saw in my wanderings around London, on Portobello Road:

Cute.

(I probably should share photos of the NYC movie scene with you too, shouldn’t I? Maybe I’ll do that soon…)

share and enjoy

Leicester Square really is some sort of heaven for the moviegoers, and It’s really cute too.
But I still remember going this august to the AMC 25 on the 42th stret, while I was on holiday in NYC, and watching I Want To Believe on the sixth floor … awesome !!!!

The Price Charles Cinema is about a half block off Leicester Square and shows an interesting mix of classic and almost-current movies every day… Definitely worth checking out next time.
