‘Doctor Who’ thing of the day: Matt Smith in a deleted scene from ‘In Bruges’

I love In Bruges, and this scene does actually explain some stuff that goes on in the film. Also: Matt Smith gets to do an accent. But holy crap, is it shockingly violent. You have been warned.

Um. Wow. Did not expect that ending at all. Still very cool find! I actually haven’t seen anything Matt Smith was in before he did Doctor Who so this was a treat.

A not so cool Doctor Who find? How about this news of an American Doctor Who film starring Johnny Depp?

I’m waiting for some confirmation of the Depp thing from my contact at BBC America. I find it hard to believe that if this were true, it wouldn’t be getting some legitimate news coverage. Which it isn’t.

So that’s a much younger Ken? Not sure…does that then explain the debt Ken owes to Harry? Loved In Bruges.
