If you haven’t already written your letter to Santa Claus, time to get cracking. Since I’m sure you’ll have some movie-related gift requests, here’s one to think about:
What would be the best Christmas present Hollywood could give movie fans?
A ban on money-grubbing sequels? A moratorium on Adam Sandler movies?
My request: An across-the-board, industrywide contractual obligation that if a movie isn’t awesome, it doesn’t get released.
