When the video of the rehearsal for this supposedly awesome opening number did not immediately show up on YouTube, I figured the whole thing was a big joke, that there never was a musical number and this was just Ferguson being his usual weird and unpredictable self. But now the video has shown up online…

Graphic designer Wayne Dorrington has created a gorgeous infographic based on Information is Beautiful’s crowd-sourced collection of details on the Doctor’s travels through time.
It was a stunt to promote the new Doctor Who Experience, a sort of interactive theater thingie opening in February… which means I’ll be able to check it out in person.
