church of awesome: Starbucks in Starbucks

This is the best thing I have ever seen, ever:
Starbucks in Starbucks Dirk Benedict Katee Sackhoff

In other news, Dirk Benedict is apparently being not-as-much-a-jerk these days about the whole “they made Starbuck a chick” thing.

Via Facebook, where it’s goin’ around like chicken pox in a kindergarten.

(Have you found something online that’s really awesome? Send a link or an image, and I might post it!)

I totally agree with Dirk Benedict on his objection to making Starbuck a girl. The SyFy creators or BSG are idiots. I’ll never accept BSG as Battlestar Galactica. It is just a cheap rip off of “The Invasion of the Body Snatchers”, “War Of The Worlds TV Series”, “Terminator” and every show that was screwed up by immature people who never watched the original series.

you’re just a wee bit behind the times, kevin — both culturally and relevant to the show

No, the show is crap in any time frame :) Today’s writers, directors and producers over use story lines. But instead of keeping a show on a certain path they use a “Cookie Cutter” template and point the show in a different direction. Just like in Star Trek. They feel because they have better makeup techniques that they have to change all the characters. For instance with BSG, they show smoke coming from the rockets and going “Up” in outer space. Smoke doesn’t act like that in outer space.

Is there some reason why you felt the need *now* to drop some random insults and share your objections to female characters?
