Hummingbird (aka Redemption) trailer: starring Jason Statham as Jason Statham

Except Jason Statham has a friend who’s a nun here, so this will be more arty than the usual Jason Statham film. Or I can hope, anyway.

The title, Hummingbird is mysterious, too, and way too gentle for what the film appears to be, so I am intrigued. Good thing they changed it to the bland and generic Redemption for the North American market, lest anyone suspect this isn’t the same old thing. Or maybe it is the same old thing — I haven’t seen it yet.

Interesting how the same movie is being sold very differently on opposite sides of the Atlantic.

but what do it do molesworth what purpose hav it?

From the trailer it’s just another generic Statham beat-em-up, and I’ve seen that film already. But he’s been good before, sometimes.
