British TV update

Doctor Who blogging on “School Reunion” is coming tomorrow. And yes, I know I’m behind on Torchwood — I’ll get to at least one episode tomorrow, and maybe two, so that I’m caught up.

I’m nearly done with Life on Mars — just a few episodes left — and my brain is about to explode, it’s that jammed full of all sorts of fascinating stuff. I’ll be blogging about that once I’m done with Torchwood, but there’s so much going on in Mars that I might just have to write a Totally Geeky Guide to Life on Mars eventually, too…

So I guess we’ll be seeing a review for the BBC 1981 miniseries DVD release of Day of the Triffids which comes out Nov. 6th in a couple of weeks.

I just watched the DVD of the final two episodes of the lovely Britcom The Vicar of Dibley, and if you haven’t seen them, you might want to check them out because they feature Richard Armitage, plus a very funny Doctor Who joke.

I’d have a paramedic standing by when you watch the last episode of Life of Mars because your brain probably will explode.

I didn’t know about the Triffids thing. Yes, maybe I’ll review it.

It’s now in the early AM of Monday, and I still haven’t posted DW or TW blogging. I’ll just say this: If you plan on having a productive Sunday, don’t spend Saturday night drinking anywhere in the vicinity of Scotsmen. Or Irishmen. Oy.
