I’ve had a plasma TV since 2000… I was pretty much the first person here in Charlotte to have one. I wish it had cost only $10K. As it stands, I spent so much on mine that I am pretty much obliged to use it (and not replace it with something better that costs one-fifth as much) until it dies.
It ain’t easy (or cheap) to live on the bleeding edge, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

To watch the same crap.
That wasn’t directed at you so much as anybody who brags about their plasma screens! Happy New Year!
Well, my LCD widescreen is an absolute delight. I love it every time I pop a DVD into the upconverting DVD player.

MaryAnn, you got a mention by Scott Weinberg on RT. Isn’t that sweet? :)

Is there any chance that you’ll get featured in the ‘Meet a Critic’ section one day?
