trailer break: ‘Crank 2: High Voltage’

Take a break from not working on this holiday afternoon: watch a movie trailer…

And the ongoing decline of civilization continues.

The first Crank was just plain outright insane, and surely a sign of the apocalypse, and perhaps actual proof that Satan is a Hollywood executive.

As you can see, Crank 2 will continue the, ahem, electrifying tale of Chev Chelios and his quest to not die. It’s sure to be, erm, heartbreaking.

This will be either one of the best lines movie lines of the year, or one of the worst:

If you can get hold of your heart, I’m reasonably sure I can put it back in.

Crank 2: High Voltage opens in the U.S. and in the U.K. on April 17.

Wow. Just, wow.
I’m simply speechless.
I kept looking for the reuse of some footage from some other movie that I recognized. I was hoping that would reveal this for an elaborate joke from some exceptionally talented youtube virtuoso.
I’m going to go cry now, my brain hurts.
