screencap Friday: what the flick? #61

Friday fun! Here’s a screen capture from one of the DVDs in my collection (and it’s definitely from a movie, not a TV show). Guess the movie for fun and, well, fun. No prizes, just bragging rights. But hey: one guess per comment — no fair hogging all the guesses.

It reminds me of “Daylight” but I can’t imagine you’d call that part of your DVD collection.

Wait, isn’t there a scene in “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade” under the catacombs of a church where they’re flooded by a river of rats?

Like Emily and Michael, I’m pretty sure it’s the sluice gate opening to power Count Rugen’s Machine in The Princess Bride.

Like Emily and Michael and Mark I think it’s the bit from The Princess Bride (Rob Reiner, 1987) where the water (H2O) is let in to power Count (Tyrone) Rugen’s (Christopher Guest) Machine and I’m just adding more detail than the previous person to try and convince people that I knew what it was anyway (I did).

Is it the wreck scene from Disney’s Huck Finn?

What sort of FF followers would we be for not recognizing this one?

No one can withstand the machine.

I’m going to be contrary – and probably utterly incorrect – by guessing ‘The Fugitive’.
