Erik mentioned this video in comments last week, and then I came across it independently again online, and I figured that was a sign that I should run it.

The setup: This video was taken by a fan in the audience for the opening ceremonies of Gallifrey One, the big Doctor Who convention that takes place in Los Angeles each February…
