Stephen Fry joins ‘The Hobbit’

Because he was the last actor on the planet yet to have been cast in the flick. From Cinema Blend:

[Peter] Jackson has announced that Stephen Fry… [has] officially joined the cast of The Hobbit. Fry is set to play The Master of Laketown, a deceptive, greedy but smart man who serves as the mayor of the town closest to the Lonely Mountain when Bilbo Baggins and his group arrives.

D’you think he’ll play it like the host of QI? That could be kinda cool…
