Please note that this is a Doctor Who thing because it’s not really David Tennant who is in places he shouldn’t be, but David Tennant as the Doctor who is in places he shouldn’t be.
Though I doubt there are in fact any places where the Doctor shouldn’t be. It’s pretty much his job to be wherever the hell he wants to be, sticking his nose into other people’s business, and getting into the trouble of his choice.
