I’ve had a head cold coming on all day today, so on my way home from tonight’s screening, I stopped in Sainbury’s for some comfort food. And there was this beaming out at me in the cold section. It was the only carton left… or perhaps the only one that ever was there, put there especially for me by the comfort fairies.
(I’m not sure what makes the soup particularly New York-ish. It was a little bland, but some salt and pepper livened it up. To be a true New York cold cure, it should have come with some buttered Saltines and ginger ale.)
